Vegan Energy Balls

2 cups of soft pitted dates
¼ cup of cacao nips
2 tbps coco powder
½ cup of peanuts
½ cup of mixed nuts
Dash of orange extract
Handful of dairy-free chocolate chips

  1. Put the dates, cacao nips, peanuts, mixed nuts and cocoa powder into blender and blitz until combined
  2. Add the orange extract and blitz the mixture again to ensure even distribution of flavouring. 
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place this in the fridge for an hour. 
  4. Using your hands form balls out of the mixture and place these into an airtight container that has been lined with parchment. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat!
